Will i be accepted for support?

  • We carry out a getting to know each other discussion to assess if LilyAnne's is the right fit for you based on our qualifications and skill set to support. This will be assessed during our initial assessment process, which can last up to 1.5 hours. During this we will also assess which other people we can link you into to access the best support for you.

  • If we can support you, we will carry out a counselling assessment and start supporting you within an agreed time frame.

  • Sometimes, if you're not ready for counselling, we can support you by listening to you, providing advice and support with learning coping techniques and safety plans.

  • We'll share our rules, framework and processes with you and put a counselling contract in place.

  • If we are unable to support you we will ensure we are able to sign post you to the right service.
