Suitability Criteria to Access Our Services

LilyAnne’s Wellbeing is here for anyone in Hartlepool and the surrounding areas who has been diagnosed or is undiagnosed with Autism or ADHD, and is struggling with their mental health or feelings of loneliness.

​Referrals: Anyone can self-refer or be referred by a professional, family member, or community organisation. We respond within 24 hours and aim to offer a first appointment within one week.

❌ We are not a food support, drug, alcohol support service, though we can signpost you to trusted partners.

✅ You agree to follow our counselling boundaries when accessing support, if these are not followed you will be discharged. 

✅ We support neurodivergent people (Autism, ADHD).

✅ We support neurotypical people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, or low mood.

✅ We provide mental health, counselling, and wellbeing services for those who have Autism or ADHD.

✅ Must be prepared to make the necessary positive changes to achieve better well-being.

❌ We cannot support those under the influence or drugs or alcohol. 

❌ We cannot allow access or support to anyone who poses a risk to women, men or children. or support anyone who has an offence relating to domestic violence, stalking, harassment, or sexual offences against any gender or child sexual offences. 

❌ Those who are already open and receiving treatment within Secondary Care Services. But we can arrange an appointment with secondary care or a referral to access this again. 

❌ Those who are already open and receiving treatment within CAMHS, Adult Mental Health Services or Impact on Teesside. 

❌ They are currently an inpatient in the hospital receiving treatment for their mental health.
