How we support you

Many of our team live with Autism, ADHD, or mental health challenges themselves. This lived experience makes our support real. We know how it feels to wait for help, to feel isolated, or to struggle in silence.
That is why we are passionate about what we do. We take time to listen and create safe spaces where people feel understood.
Why lived experience matters
Mental Health Support in Hartlepool
LilyAnne's Wellbeing Charity provides a proactive, accessible and holistic approach to mental health support in Hartlepool. From drop-in safe spaces and peer groups to therapy rooms and our community cafe, we tackle loneliness and distress with care and compassion.
Mental health is about how we think, feel, and cope each day. Good mental health helps us deal with stress, enjoy life, and connect with others. Poor mental health can make even simple things feel difficult. It can affect mood, sleep, work, and relationships.
Everyone has mental health, both neurodivergent and neurotypical people and we support both.
