Emotional & Counselling Support
We provide free, confidential mental health and counselling support in Hartlepool for people aged 16+. Our approach is inclusive and neurodivergent-friendly, with specialist understanding of ADHD, Autism, Anxiety and emotional wellbeing. Support is person-centred, flexible and focused on building resilience, confidence and hope.

Community Wellbeing & Connection
Our community wellbeing activites provide safe, welcoming spaces for people in Hartlepool to connect with others. From relaxed coffee mornings to peer-led wellbeing sessions, these activities reduce isolation, improve mental health, and help people feel part of a supportive community often acting as a gentle first step into further support.

Advice, Guidance and Signposting
Alongside emotional support, we offer practical guidance to help people navigate services and challenges affecting their mental health. This includes advice, signposting to specialist support and local services, ensuring individuals feel supported, informed and not alone.

Accessing support at LilyAnne’s Wellbeing is simple and designed to be clear, supportive and easy to follow.

2. We review your needs
Our team will carefully review your referral to ensure our service is the right fit and identify how we can best support you.
3. You are invited to book an appointment
If suitable, you will be invited to book an appointment at a time that works for you so you can begin your support journey.
