About LilyAnne’s Wellbeing

Supporting people across Hartlepool to feel understood, connected and supported.

 

LilyAnne’s Wellbeing is a community-based mental health charity providing accessible support for adults aged 16+ experiencing mental health challenges, loneliness and social isolation, as well as autism and ADHD.

 

Based at Titan House on York Road in Hartlepool, we offer a safe, welcoming environment where people can access support without barriers.

Who We Support?

We provide mental health support in Hartlepool through a range of community-based services, including accredited counselling, one-to-one support, and peer-led sessions designed to reduce loneliness and improve wellbeing.

 

Our approach focuses on early support, helping people access the right help before challenges reach crisis point.

 

 

You do not need a diagnosis or to fully understand what you are going through. If you feel you need support, we are here to help guide you.
