Angela has experience supporting people who experiencing domestic violence, childhood traumas, Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Grief and loss, Abuse and Trauma, and Addiction. He helps people with a person-centred humanistic approach to counselling. 

When it comes to making sure you are getting the right support if you are struggling talking to other services such as your GP she is able to bridge the gap. 

Angela is able to offer support when it comes to support relating to homelessness or the risk of homelessness when it affects a persons physical or mental wellbeing. 

Angela is able to help maintain and manage relationships with other professionals such as the council and other support services ensuring you are getting the best support available.

About Angela

Angela Arnold brings a unique perspective shaped by her own mental health crisis and suicidal feelings in early 2010, alongside living with ADHD, anxiety and depression, and as a co-creator of LilyAnne’s Wellbeing she combined her personal journey with professional expertise in hospitality, leadership, management and safeguarding to support her husband Matthew after his military discharge while developing strong skills in housing support, domestic violence, childhood trauma, psychotherapeutic counselling, grief, loss, abuse, trauma and addiction, using a person-centred humanistic approach to ensure people receive the right help at the right time including connections to services such as their GP, support around homelessness, and effective partnership working with the council and other agencies to provide fully joined-up assistance.
