ADHD is not simply about focus or attention. It can affect emotions, energy, relationships, self-esteem and how people experience the world.
Our approach is built around understanding, respect and working at your pace. We do not judge people for struggling with organisation, emotional regulation, motivation or consistency.
Counselling built around you
Counselling can provide space to explore anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, burnout, relationships, self-esteem and past experiences. It can help you understand your needs, boundaries and emotional wellbeing.
We do not try to change who you are. We support you to understand yourself, recognise your strengths and develop strategies that work for your needs.
Some people have both ADHD and autism, sometimes referred to as AuDHD. Many experience sensory and emotional overwhelm alongside executive functioning difficulties and social fatigue.
Neurodivergent experiences are individual. We work alongside you to understand your strengths, challenges and the support that feels right for you.
