About Shelby

Shelby is a therapist and psychologist accredited with The British Psychological Society, supporting adults experiencing mental health challenges, emotional wellbeing concerns and neurodiversity-related experiences. She provides compassionate, evidence-informed support within a safe, confidential and respectful environment.

Shelby has experience supporting autistic people, individuals with ADHD and those exploring or adjusting to a diagnosis received later in life. She recognises the strengths and challenges neurodivergent people may experience and tailors support to each individual.

Drawing on professional knowledge and lived experience of anxiety and depression, Shelby offers a warm, understanding and non-judgemental approach, helping people explore difficult emotions, build resilience and move towards positive change.
