How we support Neurotypical people

Our team includes people who have lived through mental health struggles.
We understand what it feels like.
This makes our support real and caring.
We believe no one should face mental health challenges alone.
Why lived experience matters
Neurotypical is a word used to describe people whose brains work in ways that are considered “typical” by society. This means they do not have a diagnosis such as Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other forms of neurodiversity.
Neurotypical people can still experience challenges. Life, work, family, and social pressures can all affect mental health. Even without a diagnosis, many people feel lonely, anxious, or overwhelmed.
What does neurotypical mean?

Mental health is about how we think, feel, and cope with life. Good mental health helps us enjoy life, manage stress, and connect with others. Poor mental health can make everyday things feel harder and can lead to isolation.
At LilyAnne’s Wellbeing, we believe support should be for everyone both neurodivergent and neurotypical. Everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and cared for.
