Loneliness Support in Hartlepool
At LilyAnne’s Wellbeing, we understand the impact of loneliness and social isolation. Our Loneliness Support service in Hartlepool provides a safe, welcoming space where people can connect, share experiences, and rebuild confidence. Through peer support groups, drop-in sessions, wellbeing activities, and one-to-one support, we help individuals feel valued and part of a caring community. All support is free, accessible, and open to anyone aged 16 and over.
