LilyAnne’s Wellbeing · Hartlepool
LilyAnne’s Wellbeing Hub is a grassroots community centre bringing people together through peer support, shared activities, conversation and opportunities to build meaningful connections across Hartlepool.
Our Victoria Ward base
Our home at Titan House is in Victoria Ward, close to Hartlepool town centre and directly on York Road. Victoria’s local picture shows why an approachable community base matters, but our reach is not limited to the ward: people from every part of Hartlepool are welcome to access the Hub.

High-street access
Our York Road location gives Hartlepool residents a central, recognisable place to find community, connection and support.
Being rooted in one neighbourhood helps us build trust locally. Being centrally located helps us remain accessible to adults across the town. The Wellbeing Hub is a shared Hartlepool resource—not a service restricted to Victoria Ward.

The Hartlepool picture
LilyAnne’s supports people from across the whole of Hartlepool. The town has strong communities and a proud identity, while official evidence also shows high levels of loneliness, financial pressure, worklessness and preventable poor health. These pressures can overlap and make it harder for people to feel connected or ask for help early.

This is why Hartlepool needs welcoming, community-based support that people can approach before difficulties become overwhelming. The Hub provides a visible route into connection, information and appropriate wellbeing support.
At the heart of the Hub
Peer support recognises the value of connection between people who may share similar experiences or understand what it is like to face mental-health, neurodiversity, loneliness or everyday wellbeing challenges.
Peer support does not replace counselling, medical treatment or crisis support. It offers a supportive community where people can connect at their own pace and know they are not alone.
More than a service
The Hub is a place where adults can meet others, feel less isolated and take part in their community without pressure or judgement. People can come for conversation, connection, an activity, information or simply somewhere welcoming to spend time.
You do not need a diagnosis or a referral to attend our open community activities. You can take part at your own pace, whether you want to talk, join an activity or quietly spend time around other people.
