Our offices provide a welcoming and confidential environment for counselling, mental health, autism, ADHD, listening and community wellbeing support.

Most appointments are pre-booked. First-time visitors should report to reception on arrival.

Yes. You can complete a referral form yourself and our team will review your information.

Can a professional refer someone?

Yes. Professionals can refer people with consent where appropriate.

Can I attend without an appointment?

Some community activities may be available at set times, but counselling and one-to-one support usually require a referral or appointment.

Do you provide emergency support?

No. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.
