Connection through shared experience

What is peer support?

Peer support brings people together in a welcoming space where they can connect with others, share experiences and feel understood. It can help you feel less alone, build confidence and develop a stronger sense of belonging.

At LilyAnne’s, peer support takes place through our coffee mornings and group activities. You can join conversations, take part in an activity or simply spend time around other people at your own pace.

There is no pressure to share. You can begin by simply coming through the door.
