About LilyAnne’s
LilyAnne’s supports people across Hartlepool through counselling, listening support, wellbeing groups, loneliness support, neurodiversity-informed services, community connection and practical signposting.
Here for you. Here with you.
LilyAnne’s is a registered charity based in Hartlepool, providing mental health and wellbeing support for people who may feel isolated, overwhelmed, misunderstood or unsure where to turn.
Our work is especially focused on people experiencing autism, ADHD, anxiety, low mood, loneliness, emotional overwhelm and difficulties accessing traditional services. LilyAnne’s was developed to respond differently.
We believe people should be able to access support in a way that feels safe, clear, respectful and human.
LilyAnne’s began in 2017 as a coffee shop with a simple purpose: to create a welcoming place where people could feel connected, listened to and less alone.
What started as a community space developed into something much more. As people opened up about mental health, loneliness, autism, ADHD and emotional wellbeing, it became clear that Hartlepool needed an accessible community-based mental health hub.
Today, LilyAnne’s continues that original mission by combining professional support, lived experience, community connection and early intervention.
With thanks to our supporters

A key part of LilyAnne’s work is supporting people with autism and ADHD. Many counselling and support services are built around systems, appointments and environments that do not always work well for neurodivergent people.
We understand that masking, sensory overwhelm, emotional regulation, executive functioning, anxiety, burnout and communication differences can affect how people access support. Our approach is designed to be more flexible, understanding and responsive.

Our work is rooted in the belief that mental health support should be easier to access, more connected to community life and more responsive to people who are often missed by traditional services.
LilyAnne’s is here to listen, support, connect and help people find the right path forward.
