For the second year running LilyAnne's Wellbeing has been chosen as the charity Partner for the Open Jar Tribute Festival which is held at Seaton Carew within Hartlepool. Each year we are on site to support people and raise awareness that mental health support is available here in Hartlepool, from a number of local community partners.
