HMP Holme House Prison looking to support the mental health of those leaving prison and resettling in the community.

The LilyAnne's wellbeing Charity team attended the discharge lounge at HMP Holme House Prison to officially launch our new partnership with NEPACS.

They presented a talk about the charity and introduced themselves to members of the team from the prison, support staff and other charities that attended.

We shared some of the successful work we've been doing within Hartlepool which relates to crime reduction and reducing re-offending within the town and the brilliant relationship we have developed with Cleveland Police and Hartlepool Town Pastors.

By working together we will be able to support those leaving prison who face mental health difficulties and homelessness.

We will continue to develop a fantastic relationship with organisations across the North East.
