LilyAnne's Wellbeing

Homelessness

We are here to support victims of crime particularly those experiencing domestic abuse and facing homelessness as a result.

LilyAnne's Wellbeing can offer advocacy support to those in this situation to connect them with the police, the council and My Harbour which is a specialist Domestic Violence charity.

We do not provide homelessness support in any other circumstances including rough sleeping or sofa surfing and we would recommend you contact a local council-commissioned homelessness prevention service.

What is homelessness support?

Victims of crime, particularly those experiencing domestic abuse, can access various homelessness prevention services. These services focus on helping individuals remain safely in their homes or find alternative, secure housing to avoid the risk of homelessness.

There are a number of rules which must be followed to be able to support your claims such as reporting this to the police and safeguarding officers with victims of domestic abuse being able to present to any local authority for support and the housing team has a duty to support and accommodate victims, including children at risk of or experiencing domestic abuse.

LilyAnne's Wellbeing can offer advocacy support to those in this situation to connect them with the police, the council and My Harbour which is a specialist Domestic Violence charity.
