Hartlepool Homeless Support

We believe those who are experiencing homelessness or have been recently housed deserve the best mental health support to help support and prevent them from becoming homeless again.

We often support those living street homeless and offer homelessness support to those who are struggling to access support or are afraid to engage  with local services. Ensuring they are linked with Cornerstones and that we are checking on their welfare and wellbeing.

Support Coffee Morning

Each morning we offer peer-to-peer support for those experiencing mental health issues or feelings of loneliness it's a great opportunity to meet and connect with others within  the local community.

Cornerstones are an incredible charity in Hartlepool supporting our homeless community.

Cornerstones provide secure, supported housing, community spaces, support services to support the homeless community 
 
They complete outreach work they hold regular drop in sessions which provide provides food, water, heat, temporary and permanent accomodation, clothing and a place to wash your clothes, get a shower and cook your food.
