Drop in and ask for Angela or Kieron who are able to support you when it comes to homelessness.

 

They are able to develop and understand your situation and advocate on your behalf if you require support accessing local homelessness support.

Wellbeing Walks

We often support those living street homeless and offer homelessness support to those who are struggling to access support or are afraid to engage  with local services. We regularly check in and make sure our homeless community are kept in the loop and are aware of how to access supply.

Homeless Coffee Morning

Each morning we offer drop in support for those who are living street homeless. It's an opportunity to charge your phone, fill your water bottle up and access additional support or simply meet and connect with others without judgement.

Cornerstones are an incredible charity in Hartlepool supporting our homeless community.

Cornerstones provide secure, supported housing, community spaces, support services to support the homeless community 
 
They complete outreach work they hold regular drop in sessions which provide provides food, water, heat, temporary and permanent accomodation, clothing and a place to wash your clothes, get a shower and cook your food.
