Walk in crisis support

If you are struggling to find the words to talk to someone or want some support during a mental health crisis our team are on hand Monday to Friday 9.30am till 4pm. 

What is walk in crisis support

We have team members on hand offering walk in crisis in support, providing you with a listening ear when you need one. Sometimes those experiencing emotional distress or physical distress just need someone to talk to and get advice on what's worrying them. Often this could be enough to support your mental and physical wellbeing, but if it's not from here we can offer advice and work to help you with our inhouse support or help you access other services that may be better fixed at supporting you across the town. 

What crisis support do we offer? 

 

A crisis is a critical and unstable situation, often characterized by danger or the potential for a highly undesirable outcome, we are able to support people who feel like they are in a crisis when it comes to Mental Health, Loneliness, Domestic Violence, Loss or bereavement and homelessness. We are here to talk when you need us. 

Who can benefit from Drop in Support?

-Feeling low and needing someone to talk to now about the way your feeling, these feelings are making you feel unsafe and in a mental health crisis.

-struggling to to regulate your emotions and feeling levels of anger, shame, low self-worth or have or plan to self harm.    
- Feeling like you are in active mental health crisis and want someone to talk to without judgment because your thinking of acting out your plan.
- Mental health challenges and feeling like you don't want to be here
