We launched Learn to Cook 2023 with some incredible results,
We decided we should be teaching future generations how to cook and since 2022 we’ve been supporting young people within our town aged 4 to 15 how to cook.
This summer alone we’ve already taught over 200 young people how to cook, learning them new skills and abilities within the kitchen.
From food hygiene, kitchen rules and learning to make healthy balanced fresh food.
With a focus on young people's wellbeing.
We are so proud of our young people in Hartlepool and it’s absolutely incredible to be able to work alongside so many.
We’ve visited the cinema, shared popcorn and snacks and even snuck in some McDonalds, cooked, walked and we’ve had lots of fun.
