LilyAnne’s Coffee Bar has successfully passed our food inspection carried out by Hartlepool Council on September 21st 2017.
We are delighted to confirm we have been confirmed as a 5 food rating which means in terms of food hygiene our standards are very good.
The inspection found that LilyAnne’s is good at Hygienic handling of food including preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling and storage.
Followed by being good at Cleanliness and condition of facilities and building (including having appropriate layout, ventilation, hand washing facilities and pest control) to enable good food hygiene.
Along with being good at System or checks in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat, evidence that staff know about food safety, and the food safety officer has confidence that standards will be maintained in future.
The team at LilyAnne’s Coffee bar work hard to ensure high standards are achieved and maintained, our coffee bar has been very much designed so you can see right into the kitchen and watch your food being prepared from starch.
We are delighting to have achieved the very good food hygiene rating and will continue to ensure these high level of standards are maintained and achieved.
