This is because our used coffee grinds recycled and donated to community spaces across the Dyke House area
They are placed inside the beautiful flower beds across the Dyke House Area, which are planted with the support of Big Local and planted and cared for by The Annexe and the local residents of the Dyke House area to make the area beautiful.
Why?
Coffee is a popular hot drink which is loved by many.
Often Coffee Shops simply bin the grounds left behind after coffee is brewed but at LilyAnne’s we don’t we recycle it.
We never throw our coffee grinds out that’s because we can do so much with them by sharing them with the community.
Especially when it comes to sharing them with people to use them around their home and garden.
Fertilize Your Garden
Coffee Grounds are perfect to fertilize your garden, Most soil does not contain the essential nutrients needed for optimal plant growth.
As plants grow they take in nutrients from the soil, and leave the area depleted.
Therefore the garden’s need to be fertilized to ensure the plants have the nourishment they need to grow.
Coffee grounds contain a number of key minerals for plant growth and have within them nitrogen, calcium, potassium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and chromium.
