The House Rules

We don't like rules, but to ensure everyone accessing our support  is kept safe and free from the judgement we have a couple of house rules which you should be aware of before attending a support circle.

Positivity - Every member in the circle should only engage in positive discussions free from negativity which are free from political conversations.

Safety - Every member in the circle has the right to a safe space, free from any form of abuse or intimidation.

Confidentiality - It’s your choice to share what you want with the circle, but anything you choose to share with the circle should stay with the circle and not be shared or repeated outside the circle.

Respect - Every member within the circle regardless of background, faith, beliefs or appearance, every member has the right to be respected for who they are.

Free of Judgement - The circle is a space for people to share sensitive thoughts and feelings, you are invited to do so free from any judgement.

Free of Commitment - You are free to come to LilyAnne’s circles as and when you choose. You will never be asked to make any formal commitments. Simply come back whenever you like.

Freedom to Share or Listen - Everybody has the right to share within the circle, equally there is no obligation to share. The choice is always yours.
